The key 🔑 to successful living as a believer in CHRIST JESUS is connected firmly to doing as the LORD by HIS HOLY SPIRIT tells you to do at every turn. (JOHN 2:5; EXODUS 14:1-4; ISAIAH 30:21 REF) - "Whatever HE tells you to do, do it. "(JOHN 2:5) 

- "....So the Israelites did this." (EXODUS 14:4C).

There are details to what GOD has told you (or tells you) that must be followed through to get at HIS outcome for you (JOHN 2:6-10)

Pay close attention to what the LORD shows or tells you to give closer attention to. Peradventure you are asked to stop an assignment or leave a location. 

Let's draw on HIS grace to be able to apply the necessary action required of us to obey HIM as HE speaks to us via the Scriptures, the nudging of the HOLY SPIRIT, in our spirits by way of a still small voice in the midst of whatever we may be go through at that point in time as it was in the case of the Prophet Elijah (1ST KINGS 19:1-17.Ref) if our journeys must end as it ought.

HEART ❤️ MATTERS.

The heart must be prepared to wholly seek the LORD as revealed in 2ND CHRONICLES 12:14 so as to be kept away from doing evil. 

A prepared heart is a delight unto the LORD. 

When we don't prepare our hearts to follow the LORD, we cannot be immunised against doing whatever is not right in GOD'S sight, just as a student who is not properly prepared for attendance of classes necessary for his course of study by way of reading and studying after school.He/she must not have their hopes raised unduly that a pass (success) awaits him/her.

A boxer who downplays consistent, thorough training, proper diet and a well disciplined lifestyle must never venture a challenge as a contender against a reigning Champion whose training sessions, diet and lifestyle are top priorities for and to him, as long as consistent, great wins are his goals. 

Bearing in mind, the above highlighted scenarios and any other that you can think of the 2 in 1 question,you and I, my dear reader must consciously and constantly ask ourselves and endeavour to answer is this - "Is my heart fully not partially prepared to follow the LORD via HIS Word? and  What steps am I taking to ensure that I am set on that path mapped out for me by the LORD?

If we can truly answer these questions without a shadow of a doubt in our hearts, then we are on the pathway of and to a fruitful, rewarding relationship and fellowship with the LORD that no situation or circumstance that challenges us along the way will be able to stop, overcome us. 

I wish you well my dear friend and reader as you set yourself to wholly seek the LORD and to follow through as HE leads you by HIS HOLY SPIRIT in the precious name of the LORD JESUS CHRIST.

As a believer in the LORD JESUS CHRIST, to avoid being found in this quagmire, the way out for us would be to do our due diligence in the place of prayer, searching of GOD'S Word to see what it has to say on the matter,listen for the leading of the HOLY SPIRIT and making some findings physically concerning the matter before drawing our final conclusions, even though doing all these might take some time that might save us from some unwarranted, unsolicited pains and troubles. 

I must admit that I have been guilty of this in times past and I can say that I am thankful to the LORD JESUS CHRIST who by the help of the HOLY SPIRIT pointed out my slip ups to me, thus making it possible for me to make the needed amendments required.
