Whatever 'experts' in life's various fields of endeavour have given up on, when exposed to the instructions of the LORD. They get triggered balls to life, restored to their former, if not better state of being in such a way as if nothing ever went wrong.

If there be any area of challenge or death that you are contending with as it were. Expose yourself genuinely in such an area of your life to the instructions of the LORD as outlined in the Scriptures by the help of the HOLY SPIRIT via the way of meditating on the Scriptures, reading and studying of the same coupled with prayers and watch your become transformed into HIS very image and stature before your very eyes due to the error free nature that you carry within you through the indwelling of HIS HOLY SPIRIT.

Let us make certain that we have the LORD JESUS CHRIST Himself as our very necessary requirement with whom and by whom we may qualify for the very essence and purpose for which HE saved and called us unto HIMSELF starting at :(a)THE NEW BIRTH (JOHN 3:3,5,16).

(b)having HIS HOLY SPIRIT within and upon (JOHN 14:26; JOHN 16:13-15, ACTS 2:1-4; ACTS 19:1-6; 1ST CORINTHIANS 14:2).

The very essence of your being led by the HOLY SPIRIT in the right paths daily according to ROMANS 8:14; ISAIAH 30:21 is so that honour, respect will be brought to the name of the LORD our GOD. PSALM 23:3.

So,if we are led by the HOLY SPIRIT to follow in a particular path which may not be familiar to us or likeable by us and we choose otherwise. We will not be making the way open for HIS name to be honoured in, on, around and through our lives. 

Rather, we will be paving the way for destruction that was never designed by the LORD to make an inroad into our lives so as to happen. Hence the onus is on us to make our available to be led by the HOLY SPIRIT as we yield ourselves to HIS Word the reading, studying and meditating on the same, so as to draw the grace needed to act on HIS instructions that averts the destructions from our lives and brings honour to HIS name in, on,around and through our lives not on occasional but on a constant, consistent basis.

When you don't know what else to do in the midst of the chaos, pain, lack etc that you might be going through right now or that you might face in the course of your life's journey.

The only and most reliable thing to do, is to hang on to,hold firmly to without loosening your grip on is  your faith in GOD, like your depends on it - for it surely does depend on it and watch out to see how the LORD JESUS CHRIST will come through for you in the most amazing way like HE did for 12 year old Bahia Bakari,the sole survivor of the YEMENIA flight 626 travelling from Paris to the Comoros Island in the year 2009(June 30th)with her mother to visit with family members. 

The flight crash into the sea that night but her faith that her mother and the other passengers on board that flight with her had made it to safety and that help was coming her way was used by GOD at that point to help her to hold on for 11(Eleven) hours to the debris from the Plane's fuselage among the parts of the plane scattered at sea till she was rescued. 

Faith in GOD through the LORD JESUS CHRIST must be what you hold firmly to,in order to be kept afloat in the midst of all that you have to pass through per time till HE makes a way of escape for you. Put your hope in GOD. HE never fails and HE will never fail you. Amen!🙏

It speaks of having a calmness in one's spirit, soul and body that keeps out any form of agitation, pain, fear or regret.   

 

It is having the capacity to face and handle storms, troubles, etc head-on and coming out unruffled on the other side as was so in the case of Daniel and his three friends (Shedrach, Meshach and Abednego). This here helps us to see that we are not exempted from life's challenges, storms but rather it (REST) helps us through the pains that may come our ways as we journey forward in the LORD JESUS CHRIST unto perfection in HIM. 

PARTING WORD : Let us labour by the help of the HOLY SPIRIT in prayers and in the Word (the Scriptures) so as to be enabled to enter(gain access) into this kind of Rest which HE alone can deliver,  give in full measure and not in the scarcity measure such that most overtly

 money minded merchants operate with. 

When we have so acted as highlighted above, Rest automatically becomes our default mode of operation in this world that  Rest in its truest form is viewed as a very tall order or story for the gods. 

May HIS Rest be our portion on a daily basis as we learn of HIM and learn  correctly from HIM, the art of Rest which HE has on offer for those that love HIM according to HIS Word.
