The speaking of Truth must originate, start from the heart where it is supposed to be rooted down firmly and not the mouth through which is the major expression channel. Otherwise, one would be nothing different from an actor who plays the character of a person who they are not originally. 

The truth that you speak per time must be a product of what you believe- know and hold to be true in your heart to begin with. And when this is your reality, your mouth will freely by default speak forth the same the circumstances before you at that point in time notwithstanding. (ROMANS 10:9-10; LUKE 6:45; MATTHEW 12:35.REF)

Your striving on a daily basis is to get Truth rooted in your heart by way of your studying and meditating on the Truth-the Scriptures (2ND TIMOTHY 2:15; PSALM 1 : 1-3 ; JOSHUA 1:8) coupled with JUDE 20; LUKE 18:1, if speaking the Truth with your mouth and doing of the Word is your goal, your earnest desire.
